Service Fees:

• Intake Visit $150

• Psychotherapy $130/hr

• Psychotherapy $115/45 min

• Cash, check, or credit/debit accepted

• Payment or co-payment due time of visit.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide 24 hours notice. If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, my policy is to collect $50 (unless we both agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control). If you reach a third missed or late cancel appointment I will charge the full session rate.
