LOCATION: In Person Appointments

My office is located at 5350 Main St. Buffalo, NY 14221 on the Second Floor.

This is a brick building that is poorly labeled. I am on the second floor and I share the office suite with my colleague Joanne L. Wasinger. My name is not listed on any of the large signs on this building. The largest sign reads “Georgetown Lawley, California Closets, Buffalo Optical, Dean Michael, and Ruth Ann Boutique” To enter, there is a glass double door entrance on the Main St. side of the building. There is no elevator available. Take staircase to second floor and the suite will have my name on outside. No need to knock. When you enter it will be my waiting room. We may have to use telehealth if taking a flight of stairs is difficult for you.
